“Doug and Marcus installed my new heat pump (air handler) today. They arrived on time and were delightful to work with. Before they left they explained the new Ecobee thermostat, showed me how to change the filter and showed me the outside unit. They helped me set up my Ecobee account on my phone. They explained the maintenance schedule to keep the unit in working order. I put the maintenance dates in my calendar. Andrew, the electrician, corrected some breaker issues.”
